AIRAID 400-246 Cold Air Dam Intake System; 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke, with battery tray

AIRAID's new Power Stroke system replaces the restrictive factory air box setup with an AIRAID Cold Air Dam which also incorporates a heavy-duty battery tray, complete with urethane battery pad. At the heart of the new AIRAID Intake System is a HUGE 1700-CFM washable and reusable Premium Air Filter that is available with either SynthaFlow® composite or our newest SynthaMax® Non-Oiled filtration technology.

All AIRAID filters are hand-poured using a special urethane blend that prevents cracking and shrinkage in the most extreme conditions. On the dyno, the new AIRAID Cold Air Dam Intake System for the 7.3-liter generated an additional 27 horsepower and a whopping 55 lb/ft of torque to the rear wheels at a real-world 1900 rpm, about where most diesel driving is conducted.
