Q: Shipping

DaddysCar.com on line web site.

Overnight and two day shipping are available for most small and medium packages for additional charges. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by twenty four hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received by two PM mountain time. No overnight or two day delivery on a weekend or holiday. Please be advised that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next business day.

Truck freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight or packaging. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via e-mail with a revised shipping quote.

How much is shipping?
Your rate is calculated based on weight and the delivery location. All expedited shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. Please refer to the Shipping Estimate feature in your cart screen, after adding your items, to estimate the amount of your shipping cost.

Q: Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Authorized returns must be in the complete, original packaging and condition. Warranty period begins on the receipt date and applies to the price of the part only. Many of our items come with manufacturers warranties and the factory will be the sole judge of warranty. Contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise. Special order items are non-returnable. A special order item is considered any item not stocked by us and has to be ordered from the factory.

Q: Customer’s Responsibility

There are actions we suggest all customers take prior to and during any online, mail or phone order transaction.

  1. If you are unsure if the part is correct for a vehicle, please either contact the manufacturer or us by email before ordering. We do not want to sell you something that will not work for you.
  2. Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of receipt.
  3. Please inspect items prior to installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  4. Improper installation voids all warranties.

Q: Privacy Statement

DaddysCar.com is the sole owner of the information collected on our site from our visitors. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. When visitors email inquiries to DaddysCar.com, the return address is used to answer those emails.

In addition, information such as name, address, email or other information collected upon placing an order is used strictly to provide service and not for any other purpose.

Q: Security

DaddysCar.com takes every precaution necessary to protect information that you trust us with. When our order form asks visitors to enter sensitive information such as telephone or credit card number, this information is encrypted and is protected with secure socket layers (SSL). While on any of these secure pages, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser becomes locked, indicating a safe connection where important information can be transmitted without worry.

Q: Back Order Policy

Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, backorders occasionally occur. If one or more of the items you order, you will not be billed until they are shipped. We will advise you of any delays in shipping. If we can’t fill a backorder within a reasonable time, we will notify you and cancel the order.
